These are really good knives!! I purchased them not thinking that they would be really sharp, but I am glad that they proved me wrong. I bought these for my first house and they look very elegant and after almost 2 years still work. There was a small chipping on a small knife but that was due to brute force, so know that if not handled appropriately and with care, that there will be some chipping. The color along the tips does seem to fade away, but because they are still really sharp I don't mind. It is also really helpful to have the knife sharpener on the side so I use it whenever I need to. They are Dishwasher safe, they also feel very comfortable to handle with and are of good quality.
