Waited a few months before writing a review and I can now say that I love these knives. Super sharp and somehow feels like it was engineered to be a bit lighter than other knives but still has a substantial feel to them. The true test will be how long before it will need sharpening but so far it's outdone other knife sets that I've owned to include the small fortune Cutco knives that I don't bother using anymore. I got these thanks a review on here about a chef who mentioned if you take care of these they will last you. I have NOT put these in the dishwasher, been washing them by hand, so that I know they will last a long time. These knives are SUPER SHARP!! No joke! Do NOT let kids use these. They came sharpened and ready to use. They glide through foods and meats like butter. I would highly recommend these. The look of these, you can see quality. The color is exact. They are probably dishwasher safe but I do not want to ruin them by taking a chance. Read more
