We've only had these for a little while but! First impressions were, they are very nice looking knives, comfortable in the hand and balanced quite well! They are extremely sharp right out of the box as well. Only time and use will let us know how well they keep an edge, but so far so good! If not, the block comes with a built in, pull through type sharpener. Read more
Would like these to be just a little bit heavier, but so far this is a very nice set. As others have said, they are fairly sharp right out of the box. We used the built-in sharpener on the straight blades 2 - 3 times each and it made them very sharp. We are happy with our purchase. Read more

The knives are absolutely excellent, great quality and very sharp. However I'm removing one star because the "dishwasher safe" is outright misleading. Do not put these knives in the diswasher, the instructions to wash the knives clearly state you have to wash them manually. A lie would normally deserve a straight zero stars but because these knives are so good, I don't want to discourage people from buying them. Read more
I had low expectations for this knife set but they blown me away with the quality. As a butcher I can tell from looking at them that they will last long time and will hold a sharp edge for a while. The cheese knife is the one knife I could do without for the set. Read more

So far, so good. These knives are sharp. I just barely touched my finger with one and it cut me. That was my fault, I've learned my lesson. Anyways. It has all the knives in this set that I would need. The block isn't huge, so it doesn't take too much counter space. I really like this set. Read more
