I use it allot with my portable solar stations. First setting is about 450 watts, second setting 900. The pot cooks really well on first setting for bacon and eggs, oatmeal, warming food. My Ecoflow River 3 plus will not run this pot, my Ecoflow River 2 Pro and anything bigger has no issue. Great unit to cook anywhere and really easy to clean. I highly recommend. Read more

Received my Audecook Hot Pot 2L yesterday, and washed it first, after reading the instructions. Cute little pot, but it really does heat up nicely. I made Green Chili Stew with potatoes, carrots, hamburger, garlic, salt, and chicken broth -- the potatoes browned nicely, and the hamburger cooked along with the potatoes without a problem. No sticking, and I did use olive oil in the pot. The cover helps the food steam so that it actually cooks a little faster -- that was nice. I added some water while the potatoes were cooking to speed up the process -- What I like about it is that when I turned it off, and the food cooled, I turned it back on and in a very short time it was bubbling and heating up nicely. That for me was a real plus as well. I didn't use the highest temperature as the middle range worked well for me for this dish. All in all, if it continues to work like this I will probably buy a second pot, in case I need to be cooking two things at the same time. It is small enough to work on the counter, easy to clean, and though the pot is not huge, it works for a 1-2 person meal quite well. You will have leftovers if you are cooking for 1. Performance was nice, efficient, and quick to heat up. Did not have a hot pan on the outside, as I did touch it to check how hot the outside might get. Handle does not heat up. I'm hoping to try heating oil to make sopipillas (fried bread using tortilla dough) and see how it works. If it does it will be a real joy to use. It is deep enough to have a 3/4" of oil in it and do one sopipilla at a time. Other things I want to try is making a cake in it -- I used to make cakes in my electric skillet, with the top on it actually cooks well, and you just tip the pan over on a plate and voila you have a nice cake to frost and eat! I also make Chinese food a lot, so I want to try using it in place of a wok, see how it works out. If they ever make another pot that is 3L, I will definitely buy it ...especially if it works as well as this one. I'm having a lot of fun experimenting with different dishes to see how it works. So far very pleased with its performance. Read more

I love this! I purchased this cooking appliance for our travel trailer, and it has proven to be an excellent space and propane saver. It allows for quick cooking, and food stays warm for an extended period after being turned off. The ceramic glaze on the surface makes cleaning effortless, which is a significant advantage while traveling. Initially, I thought the size might be too small for our needs, but I was pleasantly surprised to find that it provides ample portions, even leaving enough for lunch leftovers the next day. I highly recommend this product, particularly for weekend warriors seeking a quick and easy cooking solution while camping in beautiful, remote locations. Read more

I bought this little hot pot thinking it would be a cute ramen cooker. What I didn’t expect was to become a full-blown countertop chef. This thing has turned my kitchen into a one-appliance wonderland. 🍜 Ramen? Perfectly slurpy. 🥩 Steak? Sizzled like it owed me money. 🍳 Fried rice? I now refer to myself as “Wok Star.” 🥣 Oatmeal? Creamy enough to make Quaker jealous. The ceramic glaze is so non-stick, I swear food slides off like it’s escaping a bad relationship. The wooden handle gives it a rustic vibe, like I’m cooking in a cozy cabin instead of a studio apartment with questionable plumbing. Bonus: The silicone spatula is my new favorite utensil. It’s like the Swiss Army knife of stirring. If this hot pot had a dating profile, it would say: “Compact, reliable, and knows how to heat things up.” Read more
