Beware of Return Policy / Poor Customer Service
My unit is putting off some type of gas and smell that is making me sick.When I contacted Austin for a return they were no help and are making me pay for return shipping .Which is not told when you buy air purifier .Terrible customer service .Beware of their return policy .Will not buy from this company ever again.
