WORKS great, have been using for a week now, I noticed it really stretches out the neck muscles, and provides relief. Don't try and crank it up too much. Pump till you can feel the pillow supporting your neck, and throw in just a few more. First couple of days you use it, you'll really feel the muscles in the back of your neck being stretched, and after a few you can tell it's working. 10-20 mins a day while I'm doing something else, really helps the neck muscles relax. Wonderful results! Little small for my really fat neck, couldn't get it on. (5'9", 365ish). Felt like my head was in a vice, But I found by strapping my man hood into the stretcher using a soft towel to tighten on the top shaft below head, it enable me to stretch slowly and gradually allowing for more blood volume, I assume. Just go to the chiropractor. You ever try to stretch your back and there’s this one spot that won’t seem to stretch and just hurts the more you try. That’s basically what this does, it just put pressure on my neck and shoulders but never actually stretched and just felt worse after. Read more
I've used one similar to this one and thought it might be better. I do not get the same results with this new one at all. It's very uncomfortable. Suppose to lifrlt neck all the way around but this one just pushes on your shoulders hard and I don't feel compression where needed at all. Just extremely uncomfortable. Product is very well made. Unfortunately I had to return it due to my own limitations. It works very well but due to a nerve disease I have it caused me to have pain up my neck and face. Also I have a very short neck. I wish I could have used it, I can see where it would help to take the pressure off your disc. Read more
