After purchasing several buttoks pillows to relieve pressure pain. I came across this pillow. It is amazingly soft, wide enough to sustain and fit comfortably 300 pound person. I does not go flat n when u rise, it goes BK to original shape.. love, love item. Price is very fair for quality n firmness. I suffered 2 strokes, n I am sedentary plenty. So this could be completely user error but it hurts my girly bits if I sit in it too long because if that hole in there. That might be because I'm also really heavy I don't know. This was a great investment for my self-care after a hysterectomy and uterine prolapse surgery! I wish I had this when I gave birth 30 years ago!!! It comforms to your body, soft as sitting on a pillow with maintaining it's cushion and the hole prevented pain that I needed for my stitches. No one should have to sit on top of their stitches with this donut pillow! If you’re someone who gets hemorrhoids alot or has to sit down for a very long periods of time I highly suggest you get this pillow. I get hemorrhoids every now and then and I’m also a gamer and I sit sometimes up to 7 hours a day I love my gaming chair and all it was pricey but the flatness of the seat was causing me insane pain that would spread up to my spine and thighs . I did a lot of research to find a pillow for my weight and height and I decided to get this one. I’m 5’2 so it gives me a lot of height on my chair which I had to adjust myself 😅 but it still works and feels fine the thickness on it is perfect and it is SO soft it also comes with a zipper so it can be washed . I have bigger thighs and it feels fine for me to sit on too I wish I got it in pink though is my only regret but I’m still satisfied with what I got.
