I bought mine almost 2 years ago. For my One X. Then few months after bought a 2nd for brother in law’s Bday. We both still have them. Like with most products. Especially 3rd party products or whatever. There’s going to be a faulty item here or there. But odds are in your favors with this one and with extended warranty there’s no need to stress it. Like at all. Anyway, to sum up everything quickly. I’d definitely recommend. Works perfect after 2yrs. I have accidentally dropped it a few times. It survived. Kept it clean, made sure to turn it on regularly and not leave it on for weeks on end. Fan is sometimes noticeable like at first start up or during heavy data transfer. Good speed. Though no HDD can do 6gigs a second like it says. But I upgraded to a series S. Still runs fine and fast. And it does not feel cheaply made like half the other HDD drives I bought before this one. I use this external hard drive for my Xbox one, and I have tested three out of the five games i have and seems to be working sweetly. For the price that I got it (the drive) I am stunned, it works great I have had no trouble installing it and getting my games/files switched over. Read more

I have had this drive for almost a year now and decided I should leave a review. It has worked well and I have had no issues thus far. It is a little noisier than others but for the price and because it has worked so well I can ignore a little noise. It really is a minor issue.I did not rate tech support because I have not needed it at all. My experience with this drive has been very positive and I would recommend trying it if you are looking for a reliable drive at a fair price. I have been very pleased. Doesn't always connect. You need to baby it a bit. The problem isn't this wonderful bad boi, the problem is Xbox is stupid. If you buy something more, you got ripped off. Read more

I never really thought about extra storage space for the gaming systems until I began running out of storage space for all the games I used. As long as you follow the manual that comes with it it works perfectly. For the amount of storage and the price is unbeatable. I have an older xbox one with 500GB and having most of my games on digital I had to delete games and download them if I wanted to play them. Now I just downloaded them all onto the hard drive and it's so much easier this way. It is well worth the money. Read more
