This item was just as described in the photo and it works perfect. My husband has it connected to his ps5 and downloads everything on to the terabyte. It's a wonderful device. Comes with all cords that are needed too hook up and very easy to install. Read more

Product is great, PS5 is dumb, you have to transfer files off of the Playstation on the the external hard drive, you CANNOT play games off of it like you could of PS4 Read more
I bought this external ssd August 28th and on January 21st is died. I was a bit disappointed and aggravated after only having the ssd for about 5 months 8 TB worth of games gone. I reached out to the company because the ssd was still within it's 2 year warrenty. They made arrangements for me to RMA the device at no extra cost and had it back to me within a business week. My ssd is making a grinding noise again and that has me worried it might be going bad again. It's a bit tedious downloading 8TB worth of games back on to a external ssd. I hope that I'm wrong and this device will last until the new iteration of the Playstation console is released. I originally gave this ssd a 1 star rating and have since increases it to a 4, outstanding customer service from a company that truly supports their device. Read more
The media could not be loaded. It was plug and play. I was really reluctant because it had very little reviews and not many high ratings which I thought it would be a disappointment. It was the complete opposite. I really like the design it just looks like a baby PS5. Overall it's quick at transferring PS4/PS5 games. In some of the reviews people have bad experiences with their purchase. I'll update if it goes bad or stops working. Date of arrival and start use 04/22/23. *Update* 11/15/24 still works perfectly! Not much noise from the hard drive. No Data Loss and normal size drive. Read more
The hard drive worked fine for two days, and then just completely stopped working. The light was turning on but it would not connect to my PS5 and tried to repair itself but continued to not work. I tried to fix it and it sounded like the fan was messing up. Read more
i love how it was easy tp setup within 5 minutes by plugging it in and have not have had any problems with it yet but my playstation 5 would tell me that it had to repair few times which i think i am doing it wrong by turning it off before i turn off the playstation 5 so i would like some advice from other people if that is what i am doing wrong but other than that it is very quiet and easy to transfer games to and out of the storage so i would recommmend this if it continues to do awesome job as its doing Read more
