First the not so good. This is my third try with this product. The size chart goes by height and weight and waist size which missed me totally. So the first try was on the store and second was on me. Thankfully the returns were seamless. I knew with the first one, even though the size was way too big that it was going to be a slam dunk when get the right size. I’m 72 and have had back problems since childhood and a spinal fusion at 53 so pain, stiffness and weakness is too familiar. I've used this about 8 hours a day for 2 weeks since it arrived. I was 'hunching' over often - especially as I walked and that left me with lower back pain. I didn't want to become one of those 'old people' who hunches over all the time. This has been nothing short of a miracle. I'm walking upright and MOST of the pain is gone. Other people complain about: 1. Pinching around the underarm area. Well, I guess it does do that - but it's not that bad at all for ME. 2. That it slides. This happens when you bend over which is natural. When I stand back up, I just pull the belt part back down and I'm good to go. 3. That it doesn't fit. I went by the sizing and it fits perfect! Bought this as a back brace for a pinched nerve in my upper back. Went to the doctor and was told to get a back brace, I didnt even think to ask what kind, went to buy one and realized there are so many different ways to "brace our back".
