This salt is the perfect size for soft pretzels and pretzel rolls. It seems like a good value and sticks great to moistened pretzel dough. I love the taste, though you have to use it a bit sparingly because each little cube has quite a salty punch. Read more
It's not a pretzel until it has the right salt.
