This has absolutely become my favorite toothbrush of all time. I do truly feel like it gets it, clean and love the style of it. The different levels are great for different people. I typically use the clean or extra clean mode. The bristles on it are more or less a medium density, typically I prefer a hard bristle but I do feel like this gets my teeth all clean! This is a rechargable electric toothbrush that has a bamboo brush head. It has five different modes for different levels of cleaning. I found that it was operable right out of the box. It does recommend that you charge it first but I found that I could immediately use this toothbrush without charging it and that it already had a charge. It is easy to use. Just press along the line that goes from the bottom up. Press for the different modes. Hold it down to shut it off. I found that this worked really well to clean my teeth. I would say this toothbrush has an aggressive mode that I really liked and really felt got my teeth cleaned. It is easy to charge - plug the base into an outlet, plop the toothbrush on the base. Charge while you are gone for the day and you are pretty much set for a week at the very least. It holds a charge for a long time. It does come with two brush heads. I did not love that the brush heads do not match the toothbrush itself. They are a bamboo wood color and the toothbrush is pink. Read more
