I wear 9.5 extra wide women's (bunions), and wear orthotics, so I ordered a size 10 womens. I was pleasantly surprised that they were so roomy in the front yet stayed on so well in the heel. Support seemed a bit flat when I removed the innersole, so I tried inserting my orthotics over the existing innersole, and they still fit well with both, being supportive and comfortable, with or without thin socks. A firmer slipper with a roomy toe area. Plaid design is attractive with colors as shown. They are lined, but thinner…best worn with a sock, being more of an indoor soft shoe vs. a soft cushy slipper.
