Usually I wear a certain leather and wool brand and usually can’t wear them long. A frien recommended the wide toe box shoes so I tried these fist just in case. I love them! I almost one to get another pair to wear strictly inside the house.. they re comfortable! Perfect size though they didn’t carry my usual 9.5 ( reviews said to size up but I didn’t want them to slide off my feet) I wear them daily! These slippers are SO comfy!!! I have a very wide foot so I have in recent years tended to buy men’s slippers to get a comfortable width, but then they are so huge that they are floppy and don’t stay on my feet well. I ordered these feeling optimistic and oh my gosh they fit wonderful they are snug but not tight on the top of my foot. The lining is very soft. The soul is a hard plastic, but it bends comfortably when walking. It has a removable orthotic looking insert so if this one wears out it can be replaced. It is easy to slip off and on, and I have a very high in step and when shoes come up as high as these do sometimes I can’t get them on, but these have stretch enough that they go on very easily. I am neither elderly nor diabetic, but I do have wide feet and finding shoes is difficult. In addition, I do not like slippers that are mules; I like the ones that cover your whole foot. These are perfect! A little snug right out of the package but they improved as they were worn. I am in fact wearing them now! They are warm and fuzzy, fit well and have a good non slip sole as well. These slippers are cute, comfy, and have a true rubber indoor-outdoor sole that squeaks like a sneaker on wood or vinyl flooring. They go great with all of my tie-dyed nightshirts. These slippers do have the wide toe box they claim, but if one has serious edema, or serious swelling of any sort in the feet, these could become a problem. These seem to be good quality and I think they will hold up to daily life very well. Read more
