I ordered these by accident, I'm not a bariatric patient but I decided to take them anyway because as I've gotten older, I have definitely noticed that my hair has gotten a bit thinner over time. I can't speak to the long term use of them or benefits of them just yet but I can say they were easy to get down and don't have a weird aftertaste - two things that are super important to me! The hair growth supplement uses two clinically studied ingredients: AnaGain Nu (from pea sprout extract) and KeraGEN-IV (keratin protein). Both are promising in terms of research, but I'm not confident that they will really make a difference in just 30 days as this product only provides 30 servings per bottle. The caplets are small and easy to swallow and I haven't noticed any stomach upset or issues with this. That said, I finished the bottle and did not notice any effects, but that’s expected. Hair supplements typically require 3–6 months of consistent use before any real difference can be assessed, and the science is promising enough that this is a worthwhile supplement if you are willing to commit to taking it long term. Overall - it's a high quality hair growth supplement with clinically studied ingredients, but it wouldn't be my first choice unless you are also covering the basics like using other topicals daily and so on. I started taking a Glp-1 a few months ago and I have read all of the warnings about hair loss that I see on Reddit. So far I’ve had minimal loss, but I’m sure it will get worse as I bump up my dosage. I’m being proactive by taking these supplements now before I have a noticeable change. These are great supplements for your hair. My hair seems to always come out while brushing - and I have noticed that this has lessened after using these for a month. I also really like the design of the caplet. It is not coated, but it is extremely smooth and not to large, so it is easy to swallow. Read more
