My favorite comforter. The size fits perfectly and allows enough over hang to look nice. The quality is there, it’s super soft, cooling, light weight but gives just enough pressure to keep comfy and warm. There was no smell when opening and it’s super easy to wash. we got the Queen sized Grey striped version. it's soft, pretty light weight, but, it definitely keeps you warm, a little too warm for me (i use a sheet as a blanket year round, lol), but it does exactly what it's supposed to do. and did i mention that it's soooo soft! and because there's no design sewn in all over the place, it actually seems more fluffy and just overall nicer than most comforters we've had. I gave it 4 stars, because it had strings hanging out in many places, so I'm concerned about repeated washes, BUT the stitching, overall, the seems in ours seem well done (yes, i checked them all, lol), and I know strings are common, but this just seemed a bit more than usual, and they weren't floating around, they were very attached strings coming from inside. the other concern I have is that it's not really sewn anywhere but the sides. speaking from experience, after many washes, sometimes the filling inside sticks together, but it isn't so bad if it has a design sewn in to keep the filling from moving all over the place. this one I have gotten, has like random 3 to 4 inch sewn spots, in a few places. Really, I will just have to update once it's washed and used for awhile, but that is really the only thing questionable, and only because we literally just got rid of two 10+ year old comforters for the stitching opening up and the clumps! but really, those were cheapies by today's standards, so we'll see! overall, I would buy this set again, I mean, even the sheets, shams and pillowcases (yes, it came with a fitted sheet, top sheet, 2 sham pillowcases and 2 regular pillow cases) are all super soft, super lightweight and very comfortable. and i said i would buy again because the price for just the things I listed, is decent enough that it's worth it, even if the comforter doesn't last more than a year. I also have to mention this stupid thing we had.. you know missing socks? well, the OLD comforter we had actually had my missing socks IN IT! I knew there was a hole, but it was small.. it got bigger, then it was just like, forget sewing, get a new one. I'm glad I ripped it apart, because the clumps just seemed bigger than usual.. and sure enough, the socks, face cloths, etc, were hiding in there, lol so if you're missing stuff, check your blankets for holes! lol Read more
