I like the applicator, the fact that only a small amount comes out with a pump, as well as the cooling sensation and depuffing ability. Doesn't do much for undereye circles, but that is my lifetime bane, so not a product defect Read more

This is amazing!!! The applicator is cool. I am so pleased with this purchase. I had no idea that the applicator was cool. It's so refreshing to use. I am so glad Amazon prime day was the day I found this out I most likely wouldn't have gotten it to try. It's spends but honestly worth it. It's definitely a pamper yourself or a loved one product. It works well. I have sensitive skin and didn't irritate my eyes at all. Read more

Love this for the eye area. Moisturizes well , absorbs well, and not greasy. I wesr contacts and thats a big plus as some eye creams can drift into the eye if too oily. Also has caffeine added to keep away eye puffiness. I would recommend and will by again Read more

This item works decently. Not a major dramatic improvement to the eye bags but you can see the difference immediately after you apply it. It really moisturizes the skin under your eye. No irritation. Read more

I liked this for the time I had it but won’t buy another. It feels good when putting on under the eyes. Doesn’t help with dark circles but does help a little bit with the puffy feeling you might get on certain days because it feels slightly cooling. I don’t have anything bad to say about this but without seeing any change in how my actual under eyes look I won’t buy again. Based on how it made my under eyes feel I would consider buying it again but ultimately feel like getting an eye cream and putting it under my eyes with my hands gets the same result; moisturized under eyes and a cooling feeling. The gel is cool. The gel is lightweight, not oily or heavy, so it is easy to be absorbed. This gel truly provides hydration for sure. For the eye bag, and black circle, I believe it needs longer time along with a good sleep though. The design is excellent—very practical. After applying the gel around my eyes, I can use the pen to gently massage the area, which also help eyes reduce bag and black circles. It is a bit pricy if there are no discounts. Overall, I quiet like it. I've seen some people press the tip of the eye gel pen directly around their eyes to squeeze the gel out—please don't do that. Instead, I recommend pressing the pen with your hand to get the gel first, then apply the gel gently around your eyes. While the gel is still watery, you can give the area a light massage using the pen or your fingers. Read more

I love this eye cream - it’s rich, creamy, and hydrating. But the way it’s delivered will keep me from ever rebuying it. The wand applicator is meant to be pressed down firmly on the eye area, then spread around with the wide wand tip. But it really requires quite a firm press - way too firm for the upper lid - it would squish my eyeball! And too firm for my fragile undereye area - plus it hurts my cheekbone to press that hard. So I’ve been pressing the wand down on the heel of my palm, and then applying the cream with my index finger (which is probably safer anyway, because when I tried to spread it with the wand, I couldn’t really feel exactly where the edges of the wide tip were, and got some cream on my lower lashes, which went right into my eye. I should probably point out that I’m not using a mirror to help with applying the cream - I can’t see well enough up close to apply eye products in a mirror!). If this product is ever repackaged in a jar, I’ll be first in line, but as long as it remains as is, I’m done. Aside from the discomfort of the wanded delivery, it would be more sanitary to dispense the cream directly from a jar, and safer to apply with fingertips than the wand. I get that the idea was no-touch delivery, but the execution is BAD. Read more
