It’s really comfortable and well made. I'd recommend sizing down to wear it was a top with nothing underneath otherwise it is true to size if worn with layers. The fabric is soft and the waist is very stretchy. If wearing as a top without any layers no bra is needed as the fabric is thick. Love the look and feel. Fabric is 80% polyester 20% viscose. If you like vest under a jacket and you are female but you don't like the bulk unless you are small in the breast area you will love this vest. I am a double d and at times vest would fit me not in the most flattering way if you're not trying to overly stand out men thought it was flattering I wanted to be a little more incognito. This vest alternative which is actually a throwback to I believe the 1920's or 30's for men. You can be incredibly creative with your outfit using this vest as an addition and a variety of ways. Recently I wore a long sleeve dress that was below my knee capped sleeves and button cups with a white collar. Everyone thought it was the cat's meow. This little vess is surprisingly chic, and well made. It actually has the thickness and quality of a real men's suit jacket. It consists of three black buttons and two actual front pockets. The back consists of a well sewn scrunchie type material, which is also at the top of the neck strapping. This bunched material is elastic and provides a overall snug fit, which allows the shirt to hug the body with perfection. The material itself is a deep rich black with a soft smooth touch to it, which again exemplifies a real men's suit. This is a really cool piece, but the back and part that wraps around your neck is a bit loose on me and the finished parts kinda stick out a bit wonkily compared to the fit of the rest of the vest. I may be able to stitch it a bit and/or have it tailored, but if you're going to use it as a vest over a shirt, it wouldn't be as noticeable or a problem. But if you're just wearing it as a top, you may end up having a bit of a wardrobe malfunction. But overall it's unique and a great piece, the fit is just a bit off on me. Read more

This is very pretty. It fits true to size and is very comfortable. The fabric and soft and the stitching is very nice. I like the detail on the front with the faux pockets.
