Adapter does the job: Great Product!
Conveniently plugs into my HDMI port of my PC, so that I can plug my VGA monitor cable from the monitor to the adapter. Gold-plated makes it corrosion resistant and makes it more durable. I used it for my first PC. Had to get another Adapter because I had to install another VGA monitor alongside: to make it dual monitors. Great product! Read more

Works with old ATI Radeon card and Thinkpad T440p
I am able to get 1920x1080 consistently through this adapter when connected through a KVM switch. Works with old computer: Dell Vostro 200 with a ATI Radeon X300/X550/X1050 series graphics card. Also works with Lenovo T440p laptop. An alternate brand (Vention) did not work as consistently with the ATI Radeon, but this adapter works fine. Read more

Warning Works but requires BOTH a HDMI and VGA open ports to work.
Worked to hook up a third monitor to a hub I use while working remotely. Hub does not have three HDMI ports. Apparently the hub's 3.1 usb-c ports do not support DisplayPort Alt Mode. Bought this to connect monitor HDMI to the Mini VGA port and my last open USB port. After first day of use worked well. Did not detect any flickering or loss of signal. Read more
