It takes time but it works. Use sublingual before swallowing to increase absorption.
Type 2 diabetic. Have been having issues with Metformin not being quite enough even on a pretty low-carb diet for the past year. Had taken berberine pills in the past with little effect. Decided to try this due to much better bioavailability (currently using 2 ml under tongue and holding there a minute before swallowing, twice daily along with the metformin twice daily). Also after reading a study about metformin effectiveness being increased greatly if metformin taken 2 hrs after berberine (but no increase if taken together). Also taking sublingual B12 once a day It's been a slow process, but after about 6 weeks of slow decreases I've achieved blood sugar below 100 for the first time today. I was waking up above 300, woke up at 110, been snacking off and on all day and just tested at 98. If progress continues I'll start reducing the metformin slowly and see how that goes. Read more
The taste has changed and has no affect
Bought this like 5 times already first couple worked super amazing brought my a1c down a lot. But this last one i got was totally different package, taste and i think different bottle and has zero effects. What happened changed recipes or company? Read more

Very disappointed
I Purchased this product a couple of days ago. This is nothing like the product that I bought from this same company back in December. The previous product was bitter in taste and dark in color because it contained bitter melon. However, this tasted like sugar mixed with water. I felt my sugar level rise as soon as I put the drops in my mouth. This product is a huge failure and you're advised not to buy from this company. I'm going to return it and ask for a refund. **update-customer service was top of the line. They reached out to me and made it right!!!** I bought the multi pack so I wouldn’t have to reorder as soon. Used the first bottle and it was good. Opened the second bottle to suck up a bunch of chunks that look like mold. Read more
