The chair looks exactly like the photos, with no color difference. The black leather combined with the wood trim gives it a very premium look and doesn’t feel cheap at all. The seat cushion is firm but comfortable, and the quilted design feels breathable. It works well for daily home office use. Assembly was straightforward and easy to do alone. I bought this as a desk chair so I could do thoracic spine exercises while working at the desk. Overall it seems ok. Instructions are mostly pictures but well done. The trick to getting the casters in is to place them lose in the legs while the chair is upright, then guild each one in gently as you align it vertically. Bolts and screws are labeled and the instruction guide you to their use. Spare bolts included in case one gets away from you. Small scratches and a glue drop extending from the laminated wood on the TOP EDGE of the seat back take a star from this review. I just started trying it out and even though it id on casters I think it should work well for my exercises and computer desk use. Read more

This is a very comfortable chair. The seat has nicely tufted and firm cushioning, as does the setback, and the lumbar support is excellent. It is very stylish looking and reasonable quality for $129, but let's be clear no one will mistake this for an Eames Chair. But very very nice quality and sturdy for the price. A word of advice on these chairs that are assembled from locking bolts and tubular steel. The tubular steel will bend over time and the locking bolts will loosen. This chair comes with an Allen key and spare bolts, which you should save. I would make sure you tighten again after using for a few weeks, and periodically tighten, as if you don't you'll be down 2-3 out of 4 retaining bolts and find yourself on the floor. Read more
