When I first discovered better than bullion, I realized that this was the one for me. I use it in everything from rice dishes to soups and even a teaspoon in my spaghetti sauce. I cook everything from scratch and this definitely has become a necessity. Have you tasted off a spoon it is extremely salty but once it is added in and diluted it adds that extra flavor you didn't know was missing.
