This brand of bouillon has been delicious. It's full bodied, adds ton of taste, a little goes a long way. But it's super salty! It's a gel/paste in a jar so don't use much and add no salt or such until you have this in the dish first. If you're salt sensitive, I'd be super careful because it's that salty. But having said that, I've used it without trouble and I'm salt sensitive, I just use very little in a large amount of liquid or a 6+ portion dish. I've also only used the vegetarian items (mushroom, carnalized onion, faux chicken, faux beef, & veggie). I'm sure the others are also excellent but I've not tried them myself. Read more
