I'm satisfied with the quality of this product and the results. The whole installation was easy. The T-Valve that attaches to the toilet is solid-brass-chrome-plated and not plastic. The T-Valve controls the water out from the toilet tank to the handset spray lever. I have my T-Valve installed so I can easily see the T-Valve and used my "label machine" to make a label to mark the up rotation "off" and down "on". The T-valve rotates 45 degrees. I always shut/rotate the T-valve "off" when I'm done. Visibly the label confirms the On/ Off position if I ever forgot. The Hose is nice quality as well as the sprayer. The sprayer is solid metal. I dont recall if its brass but it may be, I've had mine a couple years now. The sprayer may dribble some water droplets when you are done, so I always shut off the T-valve. Its not a hassle at all. The sprayer lever requires some good "hand squeeze pressure" to release the water on you. You may end up adjusting the amount of flow at the T-Valve by rotating it a little. The water pressure at the spray head lever is very strong and most likely the water flow will be as well. If your toilet tank is filling with water, the pressure at the sprayer head will be less until the toilet tank fills, so be aware of that. You will be cleaner! You may be flushing more than once .. I do my business, flush, then proceed with the sprayer.....so keep stock of TP, you still need it ....but you will be cleaner! Remember you need to dry and possibly wipe water under the rim. No need to panic !! You wont have water all over unless you go wild with the sprayer, use common sense! Just a separate note, the spryer is like a garden hose sprayer but with a focused stream of water. Read more

I've owned several of these over the years and in multiple homes. It works great and it's easy to install and they last very long time, however, be aware that it needs to be maintained. Over time the handle/lever can get sticky and can get stuck on. About every 6 months you should clean the head and handle. Turn off the water at the toilet, unscrew the handle from the hose (don't disconnect the hose from toilet). Take the head apart and clean it thoroughly with soap and water and spray some WD40 SILICON spray on the spring and handle mechanism. Don't use WD40 petroleum based spray, use a Silicon spray. It's very easy to clean and it shouldn't take more than 5 minutes. I've also found that the handheld are much better that the toilet seat bidets. Read more

Over the years I have installed many handheld / manual bidets. The vast majority (some having been more expensive, some having been less expensive) will LEAK at some point of installation, or will be rather difficult to attach. When I read on the product description that there are "no leak" I was doubtful to say the least. That said, this product had the nicest look and is all metal so I decided to try it. I must admit that the description is 100% accurate. It does NOT leak AT ALL! I purchased two and installed them in about 20 minutes each without rushing at all. One of the installs was a bit complicated due to a previously poorly installed water supply line. But even with that I was able to clean everything up and install the bidet without a single drop of water on the floor. They even included extra washers and plumbers tape (which I didn't need to use) which is a very nice detail. Yes, you can get cheaper, but for the quality and frustration-free installation of this bidet I wouldn't buy anything else. I did purchase these on my own and do not represent the company. That said, this company needs to be applauded for their excellent quality. Thank you!!!! Read more

Pros- very solid, feels sturdy and heavy in the hand. Aesthetically very nice. Doesn’t give the cheap impression that the plastic ones do. Cons- lacks control of volume of output. You can kind of finesse the shutoff switch to dial it back some but even if you are able to get it where you want it and decide to leave the shutoff there rather than closing it after each use as the instructions say, it still hits you with an above normal amount of pressure build up for the first split second of use whenever you squeeze the handle. It’s a really nice, quality product, especially at this price point, but it does pack a punch. Wish there was some way to better regulate the output rather than full on or full off (For reference, the water pressure at our house consistently reads 70-80 psi which is what I’ve always experienced as normal) Read more

Clean your butt pretty well but, careful with your pressure water. Maybe you have to regulate it! Read more

Product itself is nicely made and works well. I would like to keep it, but it’s getting returned. Installation was super easy and did not take long. Main problem for me, the deal killer, was that once installed it leaked from the water supply line. No leaks before or after when the sprayer was not there. Read more

Tried many products, most leaked. The t-valve on this works really well. Easy to set up too. Read more

Like this so much better than a bidet. Adjustable pressure and can spray front to back. Most bidets spray from the rear which is not hygienic for women. Does drip a tiny bit around the nozzle after using and turning off water supply but nothing major. Saves so much on tissue. Read more
