It is very easy to install (took me about 10 minutes) Unlike many items we have ordered online, this comes with easy to ready and clear instructions and quality parts, metal hoses and solid connectors. The product itself is very effective. Having used bidet's before, we already had an understanding of its performance and this was just as effective as the high end "name brand" products at a fraction of the price.
