Functionality is good. Both the rear and the front washer work well. You just need to make sure it is turned off properly or it will constantly be dripping into the toilet bowl. Read more

I normally do not write reviews until i have installed and used a product for a period of time. I purchased this product on October 8 and installed it a week later, around October 15, 2023. I am writing this review on January 15, 2024; Only 3 months of use. Sad to say I am highly disappointed with this purchase. After only 3 months, the product is already leaking and not just a little. I have to empty the cup in the picture twice a day. Picture 2 shows that the leak is at the juncture of the knob/switch, not at a location that I can fix. I am very disappointed with the quality of this product. I bought this product as a replacement for a similar bidet that I had for 6 years, only replacing it because the plastic broke after 6 years. I was very satisfied with the previous bidet. I should have purchased from the same company as the previous bidet, however, I wanted to give this company an opportunity. I went to their website for product support; however they website clearly states: Refund policy Returns Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. This is copied directly from their support website. Unfortunately, I am SOL. I highly suggest staying clear of this product. DO NOT PURCHASE. There are other bidets available for purchase in Amazon, I suggest you try them before this one. Read more

I have tried a few of the full size toilet seat bidets and they were ALL awkward - then I saw this THIN and simple add on. Very satisfied. Quick and easy to install. Works excellent - and let me bury this in a review that only a hand full of people will read - I needed Bidet instructions that you don’t get anywhere. We visited Spain and Italy this summer and ALL bathrooms had separate bidets - they had to be something important. I asked and a kind lady explained the process (and I apologize for the graphic, but necessary, nature of this). Use the toilet and wipe as usual to the best of your ability, move to the bidet and use your fingers like you would in a shower to finish cleaning up. Boom, that’s it - no fingers and you do not get as perfectly clean. With that behind us (ha!) there are some issues with this add on bidet: The multidirectional controller does not have a CLEAR off. I have had no troubler with it other than accidentally swiping it with a towel and water spraying on the wall but I see it becoming an issue. Finally, it is not heated, which is completely fine for August in Florida, but I foresee that there will be a few months in which I will not be able to use it unless I need to wake up very quickly. Pros of this model, great pressure, great stream, low cost. Cons, Not impressive quality, but my least favorite thing about it is- the lever moves VERY easily. could be bumped by a pet in which case it would surely flood the bathroom. I tested this even with the lid closed and due to the pressure, most of the water blasts out under the lid. I am trying another brand for this reason. Read more
