I bought this for my 90 year old grandma and it is absolutely the BEST! we have tried others and returned cheaper knock offs. THIS ONE IS the ONE TO GET!! WE found out about this from a doctor. My Grandma uses it daily and it helps her so much with mucous and breathing better and it makes a huge difference and clears the mucous from her throat and keeps her from coughing so much!
