This steamer was easy to use, heats up quickly, and performs as advertised. Great product! We purchased a couch off of Facebook marketplace. The previous owners had a dog and the couch smelled like it. We sprayed the couch with a cleaner and then used this steamer to deep clean. It easily removed any spots and any smell. My main reason for buying this was to better clean pet accidents without chemicals. Hot steam is very good for cleaning lots of things...such as spilled drinks, food, cat hairball barf and even oil tracked in the house on someone's shoes. I used it to clean the tile grout in my kitchen and it did a very good job after 16 years of dirt in the grout lines. Great on carpets, hard vinyl flooring, steaming clothes, curtains and just about anything, Pros: Comes with many tools for different cleaning jobs lightweight and easy to use one-handed long cord (I added a heavy duty extension cord so I can each any area) light lets you know when it is ready to use heats up within a few minutes lasts long enough to clean all the things I have used it for so far came with a little measuring cup and funnel to add water Cons: Doesn't hold more than 250ml of water directions are not quite accurate (there is no power button, you just plug it in to turn on, and the trigger button is a little stiff at first, but loosens up after several uses. Verdict: this little steamer is a good value and is very useful for small cleaning jobs, steaming curtains, clothing and car upholstery. The only thing I would improve on is the tank capacity and add an on/off button so you do not have to unplug it every time you need to refill the water. Read more

Bad instructions + does it really work? That is a matter of perception. 1. Attaching the primary "accessories" requires pushing and twisting to lock them in place. This is not stated in the instructions. If you do not do it, the accessory will come off during use and cause scalding - it happened to me - fortunately the glove saved my hand. 2. Step 6 (see pic of manual) says "Press red power button". It is not a button just an orange light, and it cannot be pressed, it just comes on when you plug the power cord into a powered outlet. 3. Step 7 (see pic of manual) says "When the LED changes from red to green...". It does not change color, it just turns off! Once you get over the quirks in the instructions, and start using it, you soon realize that it does not start cleaning on contact. It took me more than 20 minutes and 250ML of water to clean the grout in that one square (see pic) having to stop to soak up the puddle of water after each pass using the nozzle with the small brush. So yes, it does work... now try cleaning a 100 Sq Ft kitchen floor... now does it really work??? To be fair, I even tried cleaning my oven door, worse results compared to the grout, it barely made a dent on the baked on grease stains in one corner. Very disappointed. Returning this one. Works well BUT the long hose you can use instead of direct attachment broke, the hot steam busted a seal in it which caused hit steam to bust out and burn our hands a bit. We don’t have issues with steam coming out without pushing the trigger like other reviews have noted. Also didn’t get a paper that said I should review for a free gift like other reviews stated. This steam cleaner has a variety of attachments that tackle any task you have around your house. Iron out clothes wrinkles, clear out sliding window and door runner tracks, clear out dirt and grime in tight spots. Keep in mind, the less attachments you have on it, the higher the output of steam. I bought this because my sofa chair started to get dull, especially the arm of the chair, I was considering buying a new sofa chair, but since I loved the little chair I wanted to see if I could save it. It does work well, also gives of great pressure and does great on very small areas, or if you have plenty of time in your day to spend designating it to messing with the hassle when you have larger items or rooms to clean. It doesn’t hold much water at all so you have to fill it multiple times just to complete a one room. Not to mention having to let it cool for a while before the top allows you to open per safety reasons. However it does leave a room feeling much more clean whenever you finally get it done. Read more
