Moistened, supple, kissable lips that last.

Bioderma Atoderm really delivers what it promises turning arid lips into an oasis of luscious raspberries. It seemed a little expensive for a chap stick at first, but it is so much more than any lip balm I've ever used. It doesn’t just mask and aggravate the symptoms of very dry chapped lips but actually moisturizes, heals, and lasts. When I opened it I was surprised by the lovely wedged tip making it easy to apply since I don’t have square lips. Then I put it on! The ultra-moisturizing stick glided on so smoothly without pulling at my lips or leaving a waxy residue. Even the dry irritating flakes of skin I always end up biting off that other products still leave behind were soothed and smoothed. Plus the Bioderma moisturizing lip stick actually moisturized my lips and left them feeling better instead of feeling as dry and damaged or worse like similar products have. The subtle smell and taste of natural raspberries are tantalizing without being overpowering. My girlfriend and I are both sensitive to strong scents and we find the Biodrma Atoderm to still be alluring when up close for a kiss or applying it to ourselves. Speaking of kisses, Biderma Atoderm lasts through lots of them without any additional chapping. I’m very picky about what I put on my lips and I have to say I am very pleased with the Biderma Atoderm’s silky application, instant moisturization with a splash of raspberry, and relief that lasts. My girlfriend is pickier than I am, and she loves it so much I have to buy myself another one Read more

Bioderma Atoderm Lip Stick is no trifling cosmetic; it is a whisper of mercy against harshness.

Seth H.December 6, 2025✓ Verified purchase

In the restless hush of evenings upon the moor—when wind gnaws at the eaves and the air itself seems fashioned from frostbitten sighs—there is no torment so sharp, nor so petty yet persistent, as the cruel cracking of one’s lips. Thus did I come to the Bioderma Atoderm Lip Stick, a small and pale sentinel promising hydration, soothing, and renewal for that most vulnerable threshold between silence and speech. Its form is unassuming, slender as a candle meant to guide a late wanderer home. Yet within this modest vessel lies a balm of unexpected power. Upon first application, I felt a softness unfurl—subtle, patient, like a hesitant sunbeam venturing across a winter-stricken heath. The balm glides with a tenderness that seems almost sentient, as though it understands the fatigues of those who speak little but feel deeply. Where dryness had carved its merciless fissures, the Atoderm salve wove a quiet mending. It soothed without cloying, imparting neither shine fit for vanity nor heaviness fit for regret, but a clean, earnest comfort. My lips, long weathered by wind and stern contemplation, yielded at last to calm. I fancied them restored to the gentleness of forgotten springs—springs when the gnarled hawthorn dared to bloom and even the wild moor softened its voice. What marvel that such a balm may dwell in one’s pocket, ready to resurrect the parched and the despairing? I imagine even Catherine, tempestuous and torn between worlds, might have found solace in its renewing touch; and Heathcliff, grim though he be, may have begrudged it a nod of approval. If your lips have known desolation, let this be your reprieve. The Bioderma Atoderm Lip Stick is no trifling cosmetic—it is a whisper of mercy against the harshness of the world. Read more

Better than Carmex

MelissaAndFamilyJuly 30, 2025✓ Verified purchase

For anyone else that is detoxing from Carmex, this is such a great option. I had a lot of inflammation related to elevated ANA levels, plus lucky me, I suddenly began struggling with rosacea and perioral dermatitis. Being an avid lover of chapstick this presented a real problem as I realized I was allergic all of a sudden to castor oil which is a main ingredient in Carmex. Detoxing off Carmex is no joke and your lips get very dry. Every other topical chapstick irritated my skin except this one. This product keeps your lips moisturized and I am able to go longer between applications. In the past I felt like I was applying chapstick every 10 minutes. But this appears to actually help your skin barrier. I recommend it highly 👌 Read more

Good but not great

Akuma NightthornNovember 17, 2025✓ Verified purchase

This stuff feels good on my lips and smells good, very lightly scented. But I feel like the moisture just doesn’t last at all, I put it on and my lips are nice and soft and then within 15-20 minutes they’re dry. About a year or two ago I had bought this and couldn’t stop thinking about it since, it was amazing and lasted all day but it’s not like that now. Read more

Favorite Lip Balm/Moisturizer

TIna VoreDecember 8, 2025✓ Verified purchase

This is my all-time favorite lip balm. I often apply it before bed, and it is so moisturizing and lasts through the night. I highly recommend it to prevent chapped lips and to restore cracked lips to smoothness once again! It has more than doubled in price over the past 3 years, so it's become more expensive. However, the tube lasts a long while, as one does not need to apply copious amounts. Read more

Good product!

I love that this isn’t goopy but gets the job done to hydrate and lessen scaly dry lips in just 1 use. I bought the 2 pack to keep as backups! Read more

The best so far for peeling lips.

LoockFebruary 4, 2026✓ Verified purchase

I have been super dry from winter, and weight loss meds. This is the only product I've used that has actually helped. It saved my lips. Does not stink or have an awful flavor. It's very mildly scented and tastes like nothing. Read more

Not bad, better if it was scent free.

Timothy C.February 18, 2026✓ Verified purchase

I've been using Avene lip balm for about 2 years. It works amazing for me. I have very dry lips and I go through it quickly. Their prices keep skyrocketing so I was looking for a cheaper alternative. This Bioderma one was recommended and for the price, I figured I'd give it a shot. It works really well too, the packaging is a bit cheaper, flimsy feeling, the tube feels like it's "loose" I don't know how else to explain it but it doesn't effect the use. I wish there was an option with no fragrance. It's not a horrible fragrance but it's just enough to be noticeable and I do not care for it. For the price it might be worth it but I am going to keep seeing if there is a better option Read more
