I was someone that would continuously bites my lips, which were also very dry. I can tell you that after buying this lip mask and using it, I saw results in 3 DAYS. I live in NYC, land of the chapped lips. This product keeps my lips from splitting or repairs them quickly when they do. The problem of very cold and windy days is that when you wear a balm/mask on your lips, you mess up your scarves! Get fuzz stuck to your lips. So I go out with a little tint on, but no balm.
