I had a pair of traditional Birkenstocks for many years. I always found them to be comfortable and long lasting, but not super attractive. I was hoping these would finally solve that issue and they do. The 'pink' is not overwhelming and really works as more of a neutral shade so these fit well with many outfits. I have high arches, these give me the right amount of support. I am a teacher and on my feet all day, I would wear these every day, unfortunately, it snows quite a bit here, may have to keep them in my classroom for some Mr. Rogers moments. I swear by Birkenstocks. Please give them a few days to break in, they conform to your feet by then, but are quite hard in the beginning. These shoes were a gift for my mom, and every time I talk to her, she goes on and on about how much she loves them. She says they are the most comfortable shoes she has ever worn, and she has owned quite a few pairs of Birkenstocks in her lifetime. The front strap sits back further than most sandals, which means the shoe strap sits across the ball of the foot,. This gives toes plenty of room and allows them to spread naturally. These two tone birkenstocks are pretty. They fit tight at first. I ordered the narrow in a 9. I usually wear a 9.5. They now feel really comfortable and look cute with pants or shorts. I've received compliments on them from friends. I'm glad I purchased them because they are a unique style that stands out from traditional birks. One downside is the light color leather is prone to stains. There's couple spots on them that I can't remove. This won't deter me from wearing them. Read more

These sandals are light, a little more flexible than some other Birkenstocks, and look very nice on the foot. They are comfortable at home and running errands. If they had a little more cushion, they would be perfect and get 5 stars. Come on Birkenstock, you've got a great product, but maybe a model or two with a more cushioned sole would be nice to offer to your loyal customers. Otherwise, very nice and I wear these, or my other Birkenstocks just about every day when the weather permits. I do have to alternate them with some other sandals which have more cushion every few days to keep my knees from complaining. Read more

I have worn Birkenstock products for decades. The quality and fit have remained consistent and consistently superior to other sandals over the years. They provide excellent arch support for a flat-footed person like me and provide plenty of room for my wide feet. I can wear the sandals without orthopedic inserts -- a very rare thing for me. Because of the sizing and quality consistency I am comfortable ordering Birkenstock sandals without trying them on -- another rare thing. Read more

I have 3 pairs (different colors--tan, blue, black) of these shoes. They are my favorite style of Birkenstocks. If you have super wide heels, they may seem a little narrow, but that's it. LOVE these for my toe room. **Those of you with hammer toes understand.** I tighten the front strap to keep my foot in the right place, and my toes can have all the room they want, without getting scrunched up against the the front lip of the shoe.
