Great price for a coffee maker. Well built, works well, it’s quiet and quick. Make sure you don’t forget to turn it off, it will stay on, and heating all day if you forget and the coffee will cook and stick to the bottom of the pot. Has been holding up great for the last 4 months. Read more

This coffee maker was purchased to replace a Mr. Coffee that was in use for about 10 years. It is very basic, and does make good coffee. I agree with other reviewers that the system to grab a cup while brewing does not work very well. The problem lies, I think, in the fact that the basket is not engineered to be held in place well enough when the spring is depressed. Even taking the glass carafe out when brewing is done will show this. Instead of the spring engagement stopping the flow of coffee, it causes the basket to rise. I tried making sure that the lid is securely latched, etc. and it did not make a difference. Otherwise, there does not appear to be any leakage. The coffee is not too hot, which is a plus for me. Setup was pretty easy, actually. I also wish that the water reservoir was removable, but this is an inexpensive unit. All in all, it is a pretty basic coffee maker and does the job in a very simple fashion. Read more

I have gone through MANY coffee makers throughout the years: fancy ninja coffee machines, keurigs, etc. After my 3rd keurig broke on me one morning and forced me to go to starbucks, I knew I was done. I have 5 people in my house that drink coffee in the morning. Went on amazon and looked for a no bells, no whistles, no frills drip coffee maker and came across this one. I use 10 grams (about 2 tbsp) of ground coffee per 2-cup line on this coffee maker, so for a full pot I use 60 grams or 12 tbsp of regular ground coffee (I'm a folgers girlie). Brew time for a full pot is about 5-10 minutes which is perfectly fine. Coffee from this machine comes out HOT and is the perfect strength. Fresh coffee straight from the brew cycle sits around 170 degrees F, and if you leave it on the heater it sits around 170-180 degrees F. No burnt taste until after like 4 hours on the heating burner, which is totally fine. I live with very hard well water so I clean this machine around once a month with water to the 11-cup line and vinegar until the 12-cup line. It has worked perfectly for months and I will never go back to another type of brewer. Drip coffee for life. Read more

Got the base model with only an on/off switch on the side. Works great! Operates/brews quietly. Water level marker on the water reservoir and the coffee pot are accurate/match up with each other. I haven't tested the warmer as I brewed only 1 cups worth but it was fairly warm when I was cleaning up, so id say it works. (was off and unplugged for a couple minutes prior to touching) Coffee turned out good, hot enough to burn if you chug but was immediately at the perfect temp for sipping. (According to my standards) If you're new to basket/non-pod brewing like me, I recommend 3.5 to 4TBS per water marker. I filled the reservoir just a smidge above the first marker (#4 or the equivalent of 2 1/2 cups water) and used 3TBS of med strength folgers classic blend, coffee turned out slightly watery. Thats why I say around 3.5-4TBS (3TBS was rough math for my 20oz travel mug and was slightly watery but still enjoyable, a bit more sugar could have easily covered that water taste up) Just like any other counter top appliance, the power cord could be longer. Like why tf do they make every darn appliance have the same length cord!? I dont have an outlet every 12 inches😅 (im nitpicking because i get annoyed having to move things around just to use a certain appliance that needs power) Read more

Delivery was great! No problem with the delivery! Packaging was stellar! Nothing was broken. Delivery guy was fine. It’s the pot is so small. I have an insulated cup. I can only fill that one cup and maybe 1/4 cup more. So it’s a tiny little pot. I don’t have a lot of room to put a big pot. That was my challenge. So it’s my own fault. I live in this house with all these people and have only one cupboard. I have plates, bowls and silverware. Everything else is in my room. It’s a very small room. The smallest in the house. And all my spices and my coffee maker are on top of my dresser. Along with my coffee grinder, coffee filters, coffee, oils, and stuff falls on the carpet if I’m not uber careful. And there is no insulation so I have to be really quiet or the woman who is next door to me gets really mad. I have to be so quiet putting my clothes on, and not let my hangers make a noise. My door has to be shut softly. I’m in a “bad movie” I tell myself. I bought this because someone was turning my coffee off in the kitchen, after 45 minutes. Do I got this in my room! And now, it’s so tiny! But, it works fine, and the coffee comes out hot. It tastes good. Nothing wrong either the pot. It’s just tiny. I’ll live. I’ll find a new place to live eventually. I just don’t have the first last and extra deposit. And haven’t found a place in walking distance to a store and cafes. Read more

Opened up our new coffee maker this morning and within minutes it was brewing up a pot of fresh, hot coffee. It's a real nice coffee maker for the low price. it's light weight and easy to handle thereby lending itself to easier cleaning. It utilizes standard size paper filters. It does not come with a mesh basket but that can be purchased separately if on is desired. It has a 12 cup capacity which is more than ample. It is so quiet when it is brewing coffee that you hardly know it's on and you don't have long to wait to wake up to a great tasting cup of joe. Read more
