Lives up to its comfort and does not lose its adhesive. Easy to tear and likely great for medical uses. It stuck in place well and wasn't painful to remove. Not quite sure how well it'd work as mouth tape, but I think it works well as body safe tape for whatever you'd need. It's fairly cheap and such so it couldn't hurt to give it a try. It's easy to use and apply, so anyone can use it too. Overall, not bad, pretty decent product. Read more

Is advertised as a post surgical scar tape, this is not scar tape. This is a tape that can be used to close a small cut but not for reducing the appears of a surgical incision. So I am sure the product itself is great, it’s sticks really well, but it’s the description of the product that is not correct. Read more

This stuff is great. I used a bit of it to test it. It stuck in place well and wasn't painful to remove. I haven't tried it for anything else yet, but we have it in our emergency first aid kit we keep with our camping supplies and I feel confident it will work well in an emergency. Read more

I’m always looking to expand and refine my survival and first aid kits, especially with products that are skin-safe, so when I saw this silicone medical tape, I knew I had to give it a try. My skin tends to react poorly to most common wound coverings—band-aids, vet wrap, and other adhesives usually leave me with rashes or even broken blood vessels. Naturally, I was curious to see if this product would finally be different. The tape arrived within two days and was well-packaged, clean, and professionally sealed. Right out of the box, it looked impressive—neatly wound, with a clean finish. To test it, I tried to break off a piece and stick it to my skin just to see if I’d react or how easy removal would be, as advertised. Before I could get far, my cat nudged my hand and the piece of tape fell onto his fur. I braced for a struggle, but to my surprise, it came off without any fuss—he didn’t even notice. That moment alone already set the tone for how gentle this product truly is. When I finally applied it to my skin, I wore it for about 20–30 minutes. I experienced no irritation, no redness, and absolutely none of the skin trauma I typically get from traditional adhesives. Removing it was equally painless. That’s when I realized what made this tape unique—the adhesive has an almost oily texture. It’s unlike any medical tape I’ve used before, but it works. It’s not sticky in the conventional sense, but it’s secure without being aggressive. To further test it, I even applied a small piece to my hair and pressed it in. It lifted off easily without taking any strands with it and could be reapplied with no issue. The adhesive isn't super strong, so this isn’t going to replace heavy-duty or athletic tape, but it does its job—especially for light wound care or sensitive skin needs. For $15, I definitely think it’s worth the cost, especially for people like me who need alternatives to standard adhesive products. Just be aware that some of the product images are zoomed in; the first and last images on the listing make it look like a full-sized duct tape roll. In reality, it’s smaller—more like a compact, travel-friendly roll. [ TLDR ] ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- [ ✓ ] Great for sensitive skin—no rashes or irritation [ ✓ ] Genuinely painless removal, even from fur and hair [ ✓ ] Reusable adhesive with a unique, gentle grip [ ✓ ] Compact and well-packaged, perfect for first aid kits [ / ] Adhesive is light—better suited for minor wounds or low-stress areas [ / ] Unusual adhesive texture—more oily than sticky, which may take getting used to [ / ] Not suitable as a replacement for high-tension or pressure applications [ X ] Product listing images are misleading in scale—roll is smaller than it appears [ X ] Not ideal if you're expecting a large or heavy-duty roll Read more

I got this because it referenced silicone tape for scars. This is not the kind of silicone tape you would use if you have a scar. This is more of a soft tape, that seems maybe silicone based, but certainly is not scar care. This tape is more for mouth taping for snoring. So other than it not being the type of tape I expected, I will say it is a very nice and soft tape. It does not pull your skin or tug out hairs. It is easy to tear to get the right size. I think this will be handy for wound protection, and I think the fact that it is reusable is fantastic! It is easy to apply, and reposition, without losing any stickyness. I only take off one star because this isn't the same kind of silicone tape I was using to help diminish and flatten scars. Other than that, I think this is a versatile and quality tape. Read more
