Had this blender over a year, has performed above my expectations and makes great frappuccinos, smoothies, margaritas, eggs and blended items prepped for baking. Must hold lid when blending heated liquid. The jar tool is great and helps blend much easier! Small, long spatula helps remove ingredients easier. Above average blender size jar for larger quantity is a bonus. This is a very powerful machine and performs well, sometimes will move on counter top, so must be managed! Cleaning pretty simple and can blend to remove excess with water! Contact with customer service was easy and answered all my questions and needs promptly.. shout out to Alice! Would highly recommend blender if you’re an avid blender user especially making blended drinks or foods daily!! It’s been well used in my household and held up better than well known brands! Update 2023: Contacted company on minor issue, Alice responded quickly and a resolution was submitted and resolved extremely fast! This blender works better than well name brands, with a large capacity jar for small to large volume blending needs and quick! Im not sure how well built the Vitamix or Blendex blenders are but if they are built better than this then its a good blender and worth thr money. I would rather save $300 or more and have this one. The motor is extremely powerful and simple to operate. It even has a hot soup function. The smoothies are actually SMOOTH and it completely breaks down all ingredients unlike that top of their line Ninga i had. It would leave bits and chunks of everything you put in it. I recommend everyone who wants a decent to excellent blender to purchase this one. I promise you won't be disappointed and if you have any mechanical problems just call them and they will HAPPILY resolve the problem. The blender itself is awesome! However my disappointment was with the shipping and how it was boxed. First the box had a previous label cut out of the top layer and the box was just taped over previously cut open tape. The blender was just thrown in the box and missing the manual and blender rod. I WILL SAY I DID CONTACT THE SELLER and received an immediate email back. They are sending out the blender rod. And emailed me the manual. That is my ONLY complaint about this blender, still very happy with my choice. Thank you for such a quick response even during busy holiday times! The motor is powerful and can not wait to try all the features! I purchased this blender due to the motor and size. The main intent is smoothies for the kids and mixed frozen drinks for adults. Well, I will admit that the documentation is a little lacking. It is not intuitive how to use the buttons and speeds correctly. For the most part it was trial and error. I had no idea one of the knobs was actually a timer! It may be nothing for someone with experience with commercial blenders but to a novice, a detailed users manual or something that indicated the best way to prepare certain tasks would be welcomed. However, if you manage to dial it in for your particular need, it works well. On my smoothies I did get a bit more ice chunks than I preferred but that may be due to my settings. Read more

Upon receiving this blender that I use to make smoothies. I was initially impressed & happy. Did what it was intended to do by crushing ice easily & blending my smoothies well. Then upon using it for my 4th smoothie, I put my usual ingredients with the only “hard” ingredient being 8 regular sized ice cubes. When I powered it on, it started up then stopped & I started seeing all the liquid I’d added in The canister (my protein mini drink) begin spilling out from the from under the canister & spilled out on all sides over the base. The metal circular “lock” piece that sits underneath the plastic canister that the threaded stem blade base screws into unscrewed itself somehow. Hence everything pouring out from the canister. A nice big mess, so I cleaned it all up Then carefully screwed the circular lock piece back where it belonged with the blades screwing into it. Well long story short this same nightmare has now happened 2 additional times. This is maddening & unacceptable. For this amount of money for a blender to literally just make smoothies this SHOULD NOT be happening. My advice, go look elsewhere for a different blender option. You can see the pictures I’ve attached with this final 3rd occurrence taking place. So 3x this happened out of 12x attempted usages, sorry but that’s crazy. Read more
