This was the one item I definitely wanted to get as the old blender I had was older than me, crapping out, loud, & leaky. I saw a lot of reviews before I bought it and I checked online to see what ratings this had, and the Magetang was high up there. Another reason I chose this was the capacity. While it's only my daughter and I, I love the capacity. I make homemade tomato soup and need to puree it, this blender can do the job with ease. The blender quality is outstanding. We love frappes and it gets expensive to buy so I've already made huge batches of frappes that are a cinch to do with this. The ice is crushed easily with no chunks & the mixture is smooth. If you love smoothies, frappes, soup, or really anything to blend, this blender will do it. No leakage and easy clean up. While I was expecting it to be extremely loud, it was not. I was pleasantly surprised that it was quieter than I though. Best buy I made. No doubt I would recommend this to everyone. Read more
We love it for making quick work of blending smoothies (the blender comes with a large smoothie container} I've used it to make creamy, smooth soups and sauces. It's attractive and looks great on my counter top. I've yet to find any blending jobs it can't handle. So glad I have it and I look forwar to years of quality blending. Read more

It's got power. It looks nice. I had to debur the blades. I made red chili sauce. I'm impressed. I looked at other blenders with less capacity and half the price or less. The size of the motor sold me. The only concern is the power speed dial. It doesn't increase until I turn it more than a quarter turn. I like it so far. I'm confused about the price. 70% discount? This smoothie blender is the bomb! Not only is it relatively quiet but it's powerful and blends so much more efficiently than the smaller countertop blender I used for years. The media could not be loaded. This smoothie blender is surprisingly more quiet than I thought. It’s likely due to the components. I have an old branded Oster that’s a full metal gear and glass pitcher, which, when turned on, makes a LOT of noise. In fact, it’s so loud that sometimes I have to put on noise cancellation headphones, especially when blending ice drinks/smoothies. This smoothie blender has a plastic pitcher, and as a result, is a lot less noisy. Regarding how well it blends, it actually does a better job than the expensive Oster blender. The blended ice has a very good consistency (see it in the video). It’s likely a more powerful engine than my Oster (the base on this unit is actually bigger). But the end product of my smoothie is much better than my more expensive all metal gear and glass pitcher Oster. Read more
The media could not be loaded. This blender is quite amazing. It has a lot of power. Able to adjust the speed and pulse very easily. I’ve been impressed with it. The cup part of it is plastic and I would prefer glass but those are hard to come by these days. It’s very durable plastic and feels very thick and strong.
