Mad Giddy Love!

I've recently renovated my kitchen and wanted to upgrade my cookware ... I'd be researching different brands, and was down to Green Pan, Made In, and Caraway ... when this brand "BloomHouse" caught my attention. After weighing all the pros and cons across the four "finalist", I decided to go with the least well known of the brands "BloomHouse", and I am THRILLED that I did. First, yes, they are beautiful. More importantly the cook brilliantly, so even and clean up is a breeze. I especially like the weight ... feels more solid/durable than Green Pan/Caraway/MadeIn, but not as heavy as my Le Cruiset cast iron. The perfect in between. One of the first things I made was a frittata which took the pan from stove top to broiler and it turned out perfectly! I will definitely look to add more pieces to my collection. Read more

Beauty, Function and Ease

This is the lovliest frying pan I've ever owned. It is so beautiful and so amazingly functional. It is heavy duty, non-stick, porcelain and aluminum which distributes the heat evenly throughout. The porcelain ensures that nothing metal goes into our food. I think my food taste better when I use this pan! I wash it by hand and it is so easy to clean. It can go into the oven to a temperature of 500 degrees, the glass lid which is also incredibly beautiful can take a temperature of 400 degrees. The color of the pan is kind of like soft candle light with a golden handle. It's very rich and makes my eyes happy just looking at it and my life easy when I'm using it. I am quite in love with this pan and want to have the rest of the set. Read more
