I don’t usually write reviews, but I had to make an exception for this one. I recently bought the Blue Diamond Diamond Bond sauté pan—their new technology—and I’m completely impressed. This is hands down one of the best pans I’ve ever used. Right out of the box, the pan felt super high-quality and substantial. The size is perfect for everything from quick sautés to full one-pan meals. But what really blew me away is the unique texture on the inside—it’s unlike anything I’ve seen before. It genuinely feels like the perfect blend of stainless steel and nonstick. You get the searing ability of stainless without anything sticking, and clean-up is a total breeze. I use this pan constantly, and it’s holding up beautifully. The nonstick is killer—nothing sticks, not even eggs or cheese. I also love that it’s metal utensil safe, which is great because I’m not the most careful cook. Plus, it’s toxin-free, so I never worry about what I’m cooking on or what’s getting into my food. Another huge win: it’s dishwasher safe. I’ve tossed it in multiple times already and it still looks brand new. Durable, easy to clean, high-performing—what more can you ask for? Great Sauté pan. I waited to write this review until I had used this pan a lot. Gotta say, I love it. It took about three weeks for interior of the pan to get seasoned, but once it did it was easy to use and clean. It is well made and has a solid weight to it. Heats evenly The size is great for a one pot meal for 2. This is my go to pan. I do wish they had other sizes, I definitely purchase. Read more
