We bought this for vacation after our expensive one was ruined in our luggage last year. I refuse to allow myself to spend a lot of money on things I know I will inevitably mess up. I bought this for something small to fit on my kayak. Although I could have spent hundreds of dollars on a waterproof speaker I bought this one. I have taken it out multiple times. Seems to be pretty water resistant. It has a great battery life on it. I think I’ve ever charged it all of 5 times in the almost year I’ve had it. The sound quality is great for the price. This little Bluetooth speaker is the best! I purchased one in December of last year and just bought 2 more for gifts. The speaker itself is small enough to throw in my beach bag, which I take to the lake or river nearly every day. It holds a charge all day and night, and the sound quality is good. It is built well, the buttons are easy to use, and the setup was automatic. I dropped my speaker on the garage floor last night and cracked the end piece. It didn't interrupt my listening. So today I called the company to see if they had replacement parts, a gal named Chelsea helped me, she was very accommodating, super friendly, and knew her product.
