Outstanding device. Wife has a favorite chair where she sits and reads from her iPad. She had previously bought a goose-neck device to hold it but it was unsatisfactory as she had to kinda snake her way into the chair (device could not be moved aside) and it would slowly sink. She just could not make it work. So, she found this device as a replacement. I compared it to several similar devices that were anywhere from about a quarter the price to about half the price. The reviews were not as good with complaints about the iPad holder on the end of the arm breaking to other failures. Also, this one has the heaviest base (quoted at 11 lbs) so the tip possibility is reduced over ones that weigh 3 - 5 lbs. (as it turns out the goose-neck one was not all that much cheaper). How does she like it? She absolutely loves it. Holds her iPad exactly where she places it, holds it steady so when she scrolls there is little bounce or jiggle (there is just a little bit as the iPad is on the end of an arm), it pivots out of the way so she can stand or sit easily, and the base is heavy enough there is not even a hint that it might tip. Easy to follow directions, no tools needed. Went together quickly with no hiccups. The arms and clamp are very well made and work/move easily. The base/foot is heavy and sturdy. This stand is perfect. It's simple to put together, and very sturdy. We place our phone in the holder an watch hands free while in bed. I can tell you how many times my phone has fallen on my face as I lay in bed watching a YouTube before I bought this stand. It also holds iPads. You just hook your phone to it and swing it around to your bed and relax. We have also used it for video recording while making videos. It truly is perfect! Read more

Have been really happy with the product, it's got a solid gloss black finish, easy to use and hold its position, and easy to disassemble and travel with. The base is HEAVY, this product is very stable even if you position the tablet far out or if it might get bumped a little. I play guitar and sing and store my tabs and music in Word files that I access through OneDrive. I carry a large 12" tablet with wifi and cellular access that allows me to access files anywhere, or pull up tab websites. This has been a game-changer as I really wanted to get away from the feeling of "hiding" behind a bulky music stand, this gave me a much smaller footprint between me and the audience to work with. Very happy with this purchase. Works great for using the iPad especially the iPad mini in bed. My only complaint would be that the screw mechanism does not hold the swing arm tight and when you grab the arm, it will frequently separate from the base. It is easy to replace, but nevertheless and irritation. Otherwise high-quality. Works with a larger iPad Pro also. Read more

I have this by my bedside for my iPad and use it every day. It's perfect! Assembly took about 1 minute (thank you, manufacturer!) and is well designed. It has small plastic wingnuts at the arm joints for easy adjustment. I love that I can swing it out of the way when I'm done. I recommend! Read more

I just put this stand together, and I love it already after a few minutes of use! The stand has a sturdy 11 lb. base that sits flush to a wall, which saves space. I wanted to use it to read from bed and it’s perfect for this! I am standing in my living room and it is great with my phone at 5 feet tall. I tried standing on the couch (with my iPad in the stand), and the 10” iPad (with its Apple cover still on) is taller than my phone, so the stand may be high enough for taller people, if they prefer to stand instead of sitting down. It is perfect for sitting and reading and using a stylus without moving around! I like the stand so much that I might buy a second one to leave in the bedroom. Most of the stand is metal, and it adjusts to different heights and the part that holds the phone or iPad goes from 4.7”-10”. I’m sure the springs in the holder part will eventually wear out at some point, but this stand is fairly well-made and I’m glad I got it! Hopefully, it will last for a few years. Note to manufacturer: Many people would gladly pay more for an even better made stand that lasts for 5-10 years, so that there is not so much waste on the Earth! Read more

Very stable and adjustable in all direction. The base is pretty haevy - exactly what I wanted. I was bed ridden and needed a stand to hold tablet in possition that fits me for reading and watching movies. Good for video calls also. Read more
