I got this for my outdoor lights and it works exactly as expected. Setup was straightforward and the timer does its job without any fuss. It’s been outside in the weather and seems to handle moisture and rain just fine. The only downside is the two outlets are pretty close together, so I couldn’t plug in two wider plugs at the same time. Not a dealbreaker, but something to be aware of. I was a bit skeptical at first since I wasn’t sure if this would actually work, but it does—and it works perfectly. It comes with a manual that makes the entire setup super easy, even for someone who usually struggles with this kind of thing. I have my Christmas lights programmed to turn on at 6 PM (since the sun sets so early now) and turn off at midnight, and honestly, it has changed my life. I am one of those crazy Christmas light people so I decided this year I’d put 20,000 lights up on our home. Obviously even though they’re all LED lights, I can’t just put them all on one outlet with one timer. I was using four mechanical timers and day after day I would have to adjust them to get even remotely close to turning on/off within five minutes of each other. Not any more! I programmed and installed these digital timers within a few minutes of them being delivered and they worked like magic the first time! I am so excited! I was looking for a digital timer and this one exceeded my expectations. It's easy to use and with a multitude of options it's sure to fit almost any need. It works as it should, it.s lightweight, and it's easy to set up. I would have been happy with something that I could program for one on/off cycle every day but this one lets me configure multiple programs for different days.
