This is an excellent massage gun. It is fairly lightweight and extremely powerful. In fact, I’ve only been using it on two out of five intensity because it is so powerful. The heat and red light attachment is very nice. I was having some facial pain around the eye and used the heat and red light on it and it was very soothing. But what I love most is the curved attachment with the four balls/protrusions. The attachment contours nicely around your thigh, calf or arm and works very well right through clothing. So when you are done working out your muscle tightness/soreness/fatigue with the curved attachment, you can follow it up with the red light/heat attachment and Voila, you have a multi modality tool! I only gave the C2 Massage Gun 5 stars because I couldn’t give it 10 stars. Yep, it’s that good. I bought a MUCH more expensive massage gun and while it worked well, their product lasted just over a year. I then started to look for a better product with a better warranty. I did plenty of research and found The Bob & Brad C2 Massage Gun and ordered it. One of the best decisions because this thing is fantastic. Much more powerful than the $300 massage gun that broke after a year. Fast forward 5 months and I had a problem getting the C2 to actually power on so I emailed customer service with the issue and in about couple of days and doing what they asked, the problem was resolved. THEY SENT ME A BRAND NEW C2!!! Two things here, 1. The new C2 is working flawlessly and 2. The customer service team was absolutely amazing and very, very attentive to my issue. Mind you the Bob & Brad C2 Massage Gun was less than 3 times less expensive that the one that broke after a year. AND the C2 is used just as much or more than the more expensive one. This C2 Massage Gun is the perfect massage gun for everyday aches and pains and has done wonders for the pain in my lower back, neck and shoulders. I want to add that I did purchase the extremely affordable extended warranty and even after Bob & Brad replaced the the product the customer service team added the 5 months of warranty on to the new product!! FANTASTIC Massage Gun!! If you are in the market for a quality massage gun, then look no further because this one by Bob & Brad is AWESOME!!! My husband and I had a different one for about 5 years and it did the job, but it was very noisy and heavy. It had given out and stopped working so we searched Amazon and found this one by Bob & Brad. We really liked how it had so many attachments and that it came with cooling and heating attachments too. When we received it, we were surprised at how compact it is and lighter weight than our old one. I was questioning if it would have the same kind of power, but it sure does and then some!! AND it is so much quieter than our old one where we could actually hear the TV while we used it, unlike our old one. After about a month of use, for some reason it stopped charging. So I reached out to the customer service and I got a live person right away who was very friendly and professional and apologized for the issue we were having and stated it was not typical. But all they asked was for me to send some details about our unit and a quick video showing it woudn't charge. Once they received the email, they responded right away and quickly sent us a new massager. Every time I corresponded with the customer service representative over email, they were very responsive, helpful and extremely friendly!! Very pleasantly surprised at my interaction with them and wish that all companies operated that way! We received our new massager within a couple of days and have been using it daily since and are extremely pleased with it!!! We purchased one for ourselves and one for a family member. Gentle enough for my wife/sensitive people, and moderately strong for deeper work. Good balance for a massage gun with different needs. Gun is more compact and lighter than some. Seems to be of good quality. Attachments have a thread in system, so secure. The cold/heat attachment really does both, and is my wife’s favorite! Charge time is pretty good, I’d guess more than an hour of running time on a charge. Recharging takes a few hours. The hot/cold attachment charges separately. We find this to be effective. We have used it on low back, hips/glutes, thighs/quads, legs, arms. The force is pretty good, we typically use on a lower slower setting. Amplitude is the same just a lower frequency. Has nice zipper soft case for massage gun and attachments. Check out Bob & Brad videos on YouTube too, very educational! Original unit stopped working, charging after 8 months, but contacting Bob and Brad was easy and they shipped a replacement unit which arrived in just 5 days via Amazon. At first use, this seems like a well made product and will certainly be enjoyed in our house! 1 negative - the attachment heads seem like they unscrew too easily while using the massage gun. I have been using the C2 Pro massage gun for over 2 weeks and I am very pleased with it's performance. I have been suffering with Bursitis an sciatica in my left hip. Massaging my low back and leg have reduced my discover greatly to the point I am able to play league hockey 3 times a week.
