Delish
This is delicious soup mix. I have made it twice now. First time was straight veggie made with chicken bone broth. I added fresh potato, carrot, celery, and onion. Today I made an "Italian " version with Italian seasoning and un-cured pepperoni. Delicious! You can literally add any meat you want and the mix adapts. It's so good on cold winter days. Filling and healthy. I plan to always keep it on hand. Read more

Simplifies making Vegetable soup
I really liked the recipe on the back of the package and made my first pot of vegetable soup. My only criticism is that the contents didn't get soft for a long time and used up almost all the liquid. So it was more like vegetable stews than soup. And it was still a little harder than I would normally prefer. That said, it is a healthy soup with a good amount of fiber and the mix makes it easier to put together. Read more
