This is a pretty solid trimmer I would say. It cuts hair pretty well, if you are going in on flat surfaces with straight lines then this cuts create. If you are going around curves, crevices etc then you will probably cut yourself. I think if the base "guard" thing was a bit further then it would be a lot harder to cut yourself with. It does comes with an additional adjustable guard which seems mainly used for beard trimming since the lowest adjustment is still pretty high. This also comes with a dock and charger which is nice. For the price, this is a pretty solid trimmer. I think it could be better but for most people who want to do quick trims/shaves then this will definitely do the job! Read more

Cuts as intended, really like the wheel adjuster for guard size. USB-C is pretty awesome as it's plugged into a USB clock so no extra outlet taken up by the sink. Digital battery meter is a nice touch. Definitely quieter than my old one, would purchase again! Read more

Overall, I'm very happy with this body hair trimmer. The ceramic blades are gentle and effective, and the trimmer is easy to use and clean. The battery life is great, and I love that it's waterproof. My only complaint is with the comb. It seems to only be useful for trimming very long hair, and it's not very adjustable. I usually just use the trimmer without the comb and it works fine. This product category is inundated with good options from major brands. Many are reasonably well-priced. However, the value proposition here is Excellent. Here is why. First. The trimmer blades are sharp and the trimmer is powerful. Today, this doesn't seem to be rare (Norelco is also very good). Second. The battery lasts a LONG time and includes a discharge counter (rare). I didn't do a direct comparison but it does last longer than the Norelco 5000 series. More than sufficient. Third. Wet & Dry. It can be used in the shower! Fourth. An Adjustable length comb is included. Finally. Both a charging base and USB direct connect option are available. So, you can travel W/O a bulky proprietary charger. In summary, this is a very competitive segment with arguably more good options than bad. $10 or $20 extra makes quite a bit of difference. This is a GOOD option because it brings together the aforementioned features but at a lower-than-average price. Granted, not by much but that fact makes it a competitive product. I recommend. This was very average for me. Didn’t trim very well and it was very slow at cutting compared to my other trimmers. The guard is strangely shaped so it has trouble separating the hairs properly to allow the blades to actually trim the hair. I had to go over areas very slowly and usually had to make multiple passes. My other trimmers only take one pass. Looks nice though, so it’s a shame. Read more
