I own several different styles of Bogs (knee high and Chelsea ankle boot variations). All of mine have a neoprene shaft/neck/collar. I find they're more comfortable. These definitely caught my eye because the grey/black plaid combo which is very different for Bogs. It hasn't been cold or rainy enough to wear them in the PNW yet, but we'll see if the entire boot is waterproof, or if it's just the rubber at the foot. I'm sure they're warm, since they entire shaft is fleece lined, since I want a stylish waterproof warm rain boot. By the time the really wet weather sets in, it will be past the return date. I like Bogs in the PNW and I like the way these boots look a lot, I should make sure I can still use them and not just for heavy rain days. On the inner label it does still say they are still rated to -58F though it doesn't have the stamp on the heel they used to. Read more
