My hair is naturally a little wavy underneath, but the top layer usually dries straight (which is frustrating). I applied this spray to damp hair, and I was pleasantly surprised to see that it did bring out more waves overall, including in areas that normally stay straight. For a sea salt spray product, this is actually very affordable, more so than other ones that I've purchased. First thing I noticed was the scent. I quite like it. It smells fresh but not too overpowering. The spray is on the lighter side which means you won't feel like you're adding a lot to your hair. However, this has its downsides. Because the spray is on the lighter side, I do feel like it isn't sticky enough for the texture effect that I experienced from other brands. Now I'm stuck choosing between using more of the spray, or settling with hair that may not look as good. The overall quality is good, just maybe not the best application if you heavily depend on it. Been using this for the past few weeks and I like it for the scent. I got this for texturing but I don't really feel or see it. But this is because I didn't follow the directions. The bottle doesn't say anything so I just used it on dry hair. The instructions are on the listing page. You use it on damp hair and blowdry to style.
