It has Heat capabilities, 3 levels of Intensity, 3 modes, and 2 directions. Which are basically all the features I need. Apart from using it on my neck it does a good job of massaging my lower back. It digs deep enough to relieve me of any discomfort/pain the next day. I like that it isn’t too bulky and fits under my bed. There’s no complaints from me.
