I’ve been taking colostrum supplements daily for almost two years and have tried many brands, so I was curious to try the Hello Lovely! Colostrum 1000mg capsules. When I opened a capsule and tasted the powder, I immediately noticed the creamy color and rich, creamy taste, which aligns with what I expect from good quality colostrum. The slight spicy note was surprising at first, but it makes sense since the formula includes Black Pepper Extract, which is known to help with nutrient absorption. The powder also developed that familiar gummy texture when wet, which I’ve found to be a good sign of authentic colostrum. The dosage of 1000mg per two capsules is standard, and the product is gluten-free and bottled in the USA, which I appreciate. That said, I do have some reservations about the brand’s transparency. The label doesn’t specify where the colostrum is sourced from, and there’s little information about testing or purity standards, which is something I look for in supplements I take regularly. While the product seems to be above average in quality, especially for capsules, I would feel more confident if there were clearer details on third-party testing or sourcing. Overall, it’s a convenient option for travel and seems to deliver on taste and texture, but I’d like to see more transparency from the company to fully trust the product’s purity and potency. I've taken this product off and on for the past 3 months. I still have a good amount left. The product was packaged well, bottle sealed and the opening sealed. Also the capsules are in great condition. There is no issues I see with the product. As for the products benefits, it's very hard to tell if I notice anything from it, but also I believe these type of supplements you don't typically notice any difference while taking them, but that doesn't mean they are not improving your overall health. I have done some research on Colostrum and it has many benefits, hopefully I will notice some of these by the time I finish the bottle. Read more

A little over $4 per month makes this a super value, for a full gram of colostrum that boosts immunity as well as digestive health, and a touch of black pepper extract. Colostrum may not work for everybody, and I can't say 100% that it's why I rarely get sick, but I take it along with a variety of other supplements, and I rarely get sick. These capsules are definitely easier to take than colostrum in powder form. I don't mind too much the milky-beyond-milky taste of the powder, though I still mix it into my coffee because of the strong flavor. Read more
