These biotin gummies really taste so good! They are cute too, in the shape of hearts. You take 2 a day, and they give you lots of other vitamins also. There’s 5000 mcg of biotin per serving that you take. So these gummies are supposed to really help your hair become healthy. I have only been using them for a short period of time, so I am still waiting for results, but am very hopeful. They also have Vitamin C, E, B6, D3, B12, folic acid and other vitamins also. All of which are great for your hair. I am always looking for products to help my hair, especially for hair growth, and hair health, and shine. So I switched from another hair gummy to this one. I like how these offer more than just biotin. I do appreciate them being sugar free, they have a chewy consistency, but taste just fine. No discoloration seen on the tongue like in the photos, these are the pink ones listed. No issues so far and I believe they are working. It takes several months of daily use to see results, I noticed in less than 2 months. Would recommend for the price! Read more

These are a great bargain but I switched from my expensive ones to these to try and I am going back to my ones that cost more they were working. These I didn't notice any growth or any kind of changes. Unfortunately!! Everyone is different. Read more
