I've been using these vitamins for nearly a year now. My thinner, senior hair has more of a shine to it now, even sparkly sometimes. it seems thicker, too. I haven't noticed a difference in my skin but my nails seem to grow faster. I will continue to use this product forever. Read more

I liked taking these Hair, Skin, and Nails vitamins. The bottle comes with 120 softgels, with a serving size of 3, which provides 40 servings per container. The size of these softgels makes it very easy to take and no difficulty swallowing. I also like that I had no issues while taking these. This gives a really good amount of Biotin, Argan Oil, PABA, Horsetail Extract, Hydrolyzed Collagen, and Hyaluronic Acid. On top of that, you have other vitamins included which can make this also into a multivitamin and save you from purchasing those vitamins individually. From my experience when I take Biotin or anything combined with biotin, I can always notice my nails and hair growing faster. This supplement did the exact same thing so I can definitely say that it works in regards to helping nails and hair. I am also confident that it does the work for the skin, although it is a little more difficult for me to measure differences in that area in general. I like the colors of the softgel, although I don’t like that it includes Red No. 40 and Blue No. 1. If the softgel had no color to avoid this added ingredient then I prefer without it.
