I bought the blue and pink set. The pink one worked fine right of the package. However, the blue one was having issues erasing. I opened the battery compartment and reinserted the battery, still no luck. I finally pressed the battery compartment and closed the prongs inside, finally it erased. My son became playing with it, and scratched the screen immediately. He’s a toddler, so he is rough on toys, but he had it all of two minutes and it was scratched up.
