We bought these writing tablets for a trip we were going on for our 3 year old and my 3 year old niece. We received a blue one and a pink one. The blue one worked fine but the pink one wouldn’t clear the screen, even after we unlocked it. We contacted the company using the information they provided inside the package and the replaced the product within a week. They even followed up to confirm we received it. Communication was great! This company worked with me the way I wish all product companies did. I recommend them. By the way, they were a hit with the kids. It writes in vivid rainbow colors. I bought the blue and pink set. The pink one worked fine right of the package. However, the blue one was having issues erasing. I opened the battery compartment and reinserted the battery, still no luck. I finally pressed the battery compartment and closed the prongs inside, finally it erased. My son became playing with it, and scratched the screen immediately. He’s a toddler, so he is rough on toys, but he had it all of two minutes and it was scratched up.
